Anchor – The Wharf

Located in the historic market town of Rochester, Kent, The Wharf is a new retirement living development offering 101 stylish one, two, and three-bedroom apartments for over 55s.

We were delighted to work on this project, designed to promote independent living and a strong sense of community. Protocol supplied furniture for the Reception, Fitness Room, and 3rd Floor Multi-Use Room, helping to create comfortable, stylish, and practical interiors throughout. Carefully selected pieces including the Cassis armchair, Manu counter stool and Tetis dining table were chosen to complete the space.

A sophisticated palette of warm neutrals, soft blues, and burnt orange accents brings character and vibrancy to the interiors, while tactile fabrics and elegant finishes enhance the sense of comfort and quality.
