Abbey House Hotel

Protocol in collaboration with APM design helped transform the Abbey House Hotel restaurant called Oscars. Oscars is a rosette award winning restaurant in the heart of the hotel giving an unforgettable dining experience. Previously, Protocol and APM had already renovated the restaurant and we were delighted they wanted to have both of us work with them again to transform the restaurant once more.

The goal for this project was to design a luxurious and sophisticated dining experience. This was achieved through the selection of various furniture pieces and upholstery. The space was designed with a blend of warm and inviting tones, including shades like Crest Vele Ming, Crest Cambridge Sand, and Crest Cambridge London Fog. The combination of colours and furniture created a cosy and welcoming atmosphere.
