I joined Protocol in 2015 arriving from a long background in sales and customer service which has helped me to become a strong member of the Sales Support Team. When not talking, thinking and dreaming about furniture I can be found curled up in a comfy armchair with my nose buried in a book and my cat sat on my lap.
